Before installation

The flange connection between valve body and pipeline should pay attention to coaxiality. The winding connection between the connecting plate with flange on the upper valve cover and the cold box should be adopted as far as possible.
Installation site should consider the safety of personnel and equipment, which is not only easy to operate, but also conducive to disassembly and maintenance.
Valves should be installed vertically and vertically in horizontal pipelines. When necessary, they can be tilted. When the valve is vertical or vibrating, it must be fixed with a support frame.
Medium flow direction should be the same as the arrow pointing on the valve body. Air flow should be dry and oil-free. Valves should operate between ambient temperatures - 30 - 60 degrees Celsius.
In order to make the automatic control system fail or the valve can be continuously produced when repairing, bypass and bypass valves should be installed.
Flow characteristics and stroke should be consistent with the original valve selection.
